Refund penalties will be paid in the same currency as the one used to purchase the ticket.

Refund penalties apply on a per leg, per passenger basis.

For internet bookings, refunds can be requested via website only before scheduled departure time, and after scheduled departure time refunds can be requested at Fly Gangwon Customer Center (1800-7700).

When requesting a refund via Customer Center, please check the business hours of Fly Gangwon Customer Center(09:00 – 18:00).

Individual(ID) discount cannot be applied after payment of ticket is completed. If you want ID discount after payment, the ticket must be reissued after a refund. Please select applicable fare carefully before payment.
